Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive, Voice Process to handle end-to-end sales activities for international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing sales and
post-sale follow-ups. Strong English communication skills and international voice experience are
essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end international sales through outbound voice calls
● Engage with prospective international customers, understand their needs, and pitch
relevant products/services
● Qualify leads, manage objections, and close sales effectively
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
● Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and conversion targets
● Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales
support
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
● Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
● Minimum 6 months+ of experience in International Voice Process / Outbound Sales
● Proven experience in end-to-end sales (not limited to lead generation)
● Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
● Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
● Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Willingness to work in the Australian shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST)
● Agile, flexible, and adaptable to business requirements
